The Government Shutdown is the Fault of Fanatic Republicans

The impending shutdown of the federal government is the result of fanatic republicans attempting to misuse the budget to cut programs their more zealous members find morally reprehensible- like providing contraception and pregnancy council, and protecting the environment. It is the responsibility of the president and his supporters not to give into the Republica scare tactics, and to demand a SENSIBLE budget without a bunch of political bullshit, and force them to come to terms with this. Fortunately, so far, the democrats have not been scared into allowing themselves to abandon their support for science and human decency in exchange for funding the government. The plan republicans seem to have cooked up is to terrify everyone into supporting an unfair budget by preventing a sensible one from passing, and keeping it off long enough to frighten the public. Once the public is frightened, the plan is to insert a budget and attempt to force the democrats to vote for it, or to take the blame for the fiasco, which was started by republicans in the first place. Shame on you Boehner et al.
